Third Party Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct sets out what MMGH Consulting GmbH expects of third parties working with us. It is informed by international best practices and standards, including the UN Global Compact principles and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
Who it applies to
The Code applies to suppliers, contractors, consultants, vendors, distribution channels, invitees to events, and any other individuals or entities that associate themselves with MMGH Consulting GmbH or the MMGH Consulting GmbH brand. Third parties’ employees, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and anyone they work with as part of that relationship should understand and comply with it.
