Scope
MMGH convened stakeholders to establish use cases for the treatment of onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis and guided the modelling of different approaches to assess their impact on each disease over time. The modelling was done in collaboration with the NTD Modelling Consortium and was customized to enable results that informed the business cases that MMGH created. These business cases included an estimation of demand for each drug, the costs and timeline for development of the drugs, costs of treatment, and the public health impact of the various approaches.
