- Suggest changes that could help to improve access.
Scope
MMGH supported the ICG for meningitis to improve access to vaccines for the international stockpile. The project sought to understand the reasons for constraints in vaccine supply to fill the stockpile. The analysis included a desk review and interviews with partners and vaccine manufacturers. A root cause was identified and reported back to the ICG for further resolution.
Result
A clear root cause of barriers to adequate supply of meningitis vaccine were identified and potential solutions implemented by the client.
