Goal
To create a comprehensive early-stage business case for the Oxford-Imperial stool rapid diagnostic tests for cholera under development.
Scope
MMGH through a partnership with Bocconi University supported the development of an early-stage business case through conducting desk reviews, interviews, and health technology assessments. The early-stage business case focused on the development of use cases and country archetypes, potential financial funders for development and procurement, creation of a development focused health technology assessment, interviews with global, regional & country stakeholders and a high level review of the regulatory landscape. MMGH also identified key actions and next steps to develop further refine the business case to assess the commericalization of the rapid diagnostic test under development.
Result
An early-stage business case report, summarizing the results of the analysis and the identification of key actions and next steps to further refine the business case to assess the commericalization of the rapid diagnostic test under development.
